I’m Rishit Vora, a software engineer based in Bengaluru. I work at a cloud security company; before that I was a founding engineer at a YC startup.

Who are you, anyway? In the current slice of spacetime, I read sci-fi and rational fiction, I’m learning to play the keyboard, and I unwind with Souls-likes (Elden Ring, mostly) or a long film. I have a particular fondness for starting things: a microeconomics course, an autograd engine in pure Python, an instrument, discovering an exoplanet, and this blog.

What is sixeleven? Gödel’s incompleteness theorems are numbered VI and XI. The name is a nod to the limits of formal systems, and of knowledge; it is also a fair description of the epistemic status of most things written here.
